Pros
- Very supportive, collaborative environment and management tries to be pretty transparent when it comes to decisions - Leadership team is hungry for feedback (doesn't mean change is immediate, but they're always listening) - So many wonderful people! Everyone is just so dang smart, passionate, and kind here - Unlimited PTO that's truly encouraged and paid parental leave are awesome. - Can have long hours, but work life balance is pretty strong across the board
Cons
- Definite growing pains, like any startup. Still figuring out how to make processes and workflows more efficient/scalable. We've grown a ton this last year and documentation/training hasn't quite keep pace. - You've got to be ready to pivot and adapt quickly, but it's still frustrating when something you've been working on gets scrapped or never truly implemented - Waiting for 401K match!
