      Good people, bad upper management

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Everyone works hard and parties hard.

      Cons

      After the merger, upper management does not know what to do at all. They fired all the sales guys and then complained that there's no work for the rest of the employee.

      Only Pro was that Company was located in the San Francisco City. Discounted movie tickets

      Cons

      Upper Management decided to close the San Francisco and New York office and gave 25 days notice to all employees to find new Job because the company could not pay the rent in City. They could have moved to a small office around the city but guess company had better plans for in Texas. No Motivation in the company. People come to office late and leave early and nobody cares. Worst of all no Coffee machine. You can buy coffee downstairs. No Employee can plan a long term committed role at the company. Technology used in development is outdated and 2-3 years behind the current trend in the bay area. Please stay away if you are planning for something long-term
