      Work is interesting, however constant reorganizations and layoffs make the work environment extremely tense.

      Pros

      Interesting Work, good pay, good benefits, get to work with variety of clients in many industries and in different countries. Exposure to different technologies and applications.

      Cons

      Downturn in revenue and profit has led to constant reorganization and layoffs. Tend to hire management based on past friendships as opposed to actual skill and capabilities.

      The employees here are the best ever. Talented, loyal to clients. Loyal to each other. Pull together across departments to get things done. Despite management. Clients: your case will succeed despite the company.

      Cons

      Overworked, under-appreciated, under-paid, scared. Afraid of being fired or laid off, everyone looking for work elsewhere but no time. Bonuses cut - used to be a BIG percentage of pay.
