      Great software, good co-workers. Very customer focused.

      Company was having financial difficulties. Now that it was acquired by OpenText, no longer an issue

      Pros

      Wonderful customers, employees and products made it great place to work and was what kept me plugging away through the good and bad times.

      Cons

      Management's constantly shifting priorities made it very difficult to stay focused. Being acquired by Open Text was needed to keep us there for the customers.

      Company sold this past month

      Cons

      CFO and CEO drove this place underwater over the past 2+ years. lack of a vision and strategy to deliver results. No accountability and missed opportunities... Sales Strategy was a joke - based on hope. Finally got sold to OpenText howevr lost some good people on the way.
