Pros

They pay you mileage for any travel time, and they offer a generous amount of PTO although they won't always approve your time off

Cons

Incompetent management, poorly trained coworkers, no incentive to work harder or take on additional responsibilities because they will make you promises and never follow through with their end. Insurance is high. Low pay and very seldom an opportunity to work any overtime.

The people here are great for the most part. Benefits are not bad. Lots of change taking place since Daher bought Quest.

Cons

Lots of changes means lots of things fall through the cracks. Pay is low for industry and for the cost of living in the area.
