They pay you on time.

Cons

Supervisors are unskilled and unknowledgeable. Poor performance with the jobs of the people they supervise, general supervision, training or assisting. Supervisors most times cannot do the jobs of the employees below them. They make things up, sometimes illegally and power trip. They will make you do multiple jobs for the same pay. Will pay you less than the person you trained.
