      Pros

      Leadership sets you up with good training and a clear path of what they want or need and expect. Co-workers were open and helpful.

      Cons

      Company was going through a lot of changes adter being bought out by Daifuku, and struggling to meet sales, so they had to lay off a lot of the work force.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 5 months and have learned so much in a short period of time. The company is changing for the better of it's employees and the team I work with is AMAZING. I enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      While the company is making changes to location, processes, procedures some individuals resist change and I see that as a struggle.
