- Decent benefits (not best but on par with industry). - US: 15 days vacation, 6 PTO, 5 sick days, plus small winter shutdown. 6 percent 401k match. - Leadership in our group is pretty good. - Great products that help people. - Ability to flex and work from home.

Cons

- Daiichi Sankyo will overwork its staff across all regions, burnout is high. - Some longer tenured employees will talk down to and essentially insult newer and lower level employees. - If you’re new, get ready to learn the Daiichi Sankyo way of working, because there is no alternative. - Any outside expertise is completely disregarded because the longer tenured people don’t want to change. - Heavy reliance on labor vs systems and processes. - Haphazard way of handling documentation and data. - Due to a lack of tools, micromanagement is the primary way of managing.
