Many opportunities to learn a lot of tasks since the company size is middle. The job coverage is larger than the one which you will have in a large pharmaceuticals. Great mindset (especially in management) to raise the company and employees.

Cons

Team's atmosphere would depend on the manager. There are good team and not good team. Since the company is now growing up, the standardization level is relatively lower than the other company. This would be good thing for one person, but bad thing for other person who wants standardized way.
