District Managers are hands off and allow you to run your territory with little interference. Benefits are comparable to other pharma companies.

Cons

Losing a 2B drug and will soon layoff 50% of the FSF. Training is a painful process due to the lack of structure. Do not accept a position with DSI unless you have no other opportunities.
