They had a nice culture with great people. Like many Pharma companies they are in a challenging time so they had to downsize and reorganize. I'm not sure where this will lead with the new Senior leadership that is certainly changing the culture.

Cons

They can't compete like they have in the past unless there are new products brought in. The only new product this year unfortunately is a disappointment and more layoffs will continue, as they can't meet their financial goals. They were very haphazard about who they laid off. The hiring Managers & Directors had no say so in who stayed. The result speaks for itself, there has been a mass exodus of talent.
