Structure, support, great products. Excellent reputation among customers.

Cons

Pharma industry has changed a lot and unfortunately all pharmaceutical companies are victims. Like other companies, corporate meetings are a dog and pony show. Nobody can really speak their minds or give their 100% honest opinions.
