      Pros

      The company is very laid back and it cares about its people. It not a perfect company but no company is perfect. It a great place to make a name for yourself quick with opportunities for promotion. Is bonus structure is designed to really award top performer.

      Cons

      Base salaries are not very high, and it compensation appears to benefit markets with better manage market coverage. If you are not a top performer your bonus will be average
