      DSI was a once great company built upon industry best practices which lost that edge with growth & resultant stagnation.

      Pros

      Medium size company, with small company feel. Decent pay and benefits. Maintenance of status quo with limited turnover at Executive level of the organization.

      Cons

      DSI is stuck back in the conventional pharma model with little appreciation for innovation anymore. Inexperienced Male dominated cut-throat Sales-driven culture devoid of any customer or patient centricity. Lack of resources & experienced staff to compete with the major pharma companies (i.e. Effient failure).
