A very "thin" org structure; therefore, more work is always expected.

Low pay. Bonus structure doesn't work unless you are in a few select spots in the country where you can be in the top ten percent. Looks good on paper but doesn't work in reality. They also change the rules on contests halfway through. If they make a mistake with bonus payout you pay them back, but if they haven't paid it out they just change the rules. They will do this once a year halfway or at the end of the year to keep their budgets in line.
