Good reputation in the industry and adequate training for the position. Benefits are comparable package to other pharma companies, and include profit and thrift sharing if company hits annual revenue goals.
Cons
Future pipeline is lacking for products in 2013 - a new product is expected to be approved in 2014, but nothing is definite until it launches. Some instability right now due to generic competition and decreasing revenue on a national level.
