Pros

Great work life balance, little travel, small territories and great incentives/ contests. Both district and regional managers also do a great job of recognizing individual employees success and growth.

Cons

The bonus structure needs work and not a lot of room for advancement.

Pros

They provide lots of perks, and great benefits while allowing you a flexible work schedule. Like all pharma though it depends a lot on your manager

Cons

Its a pharma company. Too much micro management can kill you; just as bad teammates can. The base salary is still a bit light all things considered but they are still an up and coming pharma company
