Fear based culture. Oust the old Daiichi guard. They’re negative, sneaky and incompetent.

There still is the 'old boy network' in play in the U.S.. No women in very top leadership positions. Parts of the organization still operating independently. This leads to continued inconsistencies in processes, ways of working and promotions. Too many initiatives at the same time, very early and very late global meetings, and international travel - it's draining.
