Lack of self-development and critical thinking - throwing themselves to support random ideas or solutions that are against company direction, human respect, or any experience. cumulates to poor judgement, promoting followers and paper pushers, while these are the most two-faced - behaving one way in front of "leaders" with their manufactured facade - sharing stolen strategy and thoughts
