Pros
Pay, cleanish work environment, can't think of anything else positive. Not even benefits (took away benefits for spouse)
Cons
Poor work environment (yes they have ac, set at 76 degrees, in the coolest areas, and make you wear a heavy duty cut resistant SWEATER, in the middle of summer), no communication (if there is an issue, your supervisor might tell you to contact the person who is supposed to fix said problem, so you do that, and you will never hear back wether the problem gets solved, or swept under the rug. Truth is they never fix any issues, just expect floor people to work harder to make up for issues) no accountability, Management only care about the bottom line. Union is poor, bought off stooges.
