      Pros

      The work is very straightforward and constant. Always collaborating within the engineering and manufacturing teams to yield the best designs.

      Cons

      Management is a problem. Change in project direction occurs every couple months without the advisement of the engineering team leads. Long term would be very hard to work in if you want your design opinions valued
