Incompetent “managers”, zero room for professional career oriented growth, pay raise of 3% during 8.5% inflation means a 5% pay cut (yet they are charging customers 17% more on average for systems but they found the money for a 250+ million dollar plant in Mexico that the president is so proud of), redundancy to a impressive amount, scattered resources, lack of training on equipment, champagne taste on a beer budget when it comes to looking for new employees, all in all a zero vote of confidence from me. Avoid this place like the plague.
