Was in a sales rep training program for Goodman, a branch of Daikin. Good career projection. Very structured company. Nice employees & management.

Cons

Low pay. Sales paid on draw.

Rate goes up every now and then. Easygoing job, don't have to stand much. Decent 401k plan and benefits. Long hours for lots of overtime, and optional, except when it's not.

Cons

Not much opportunity for growth. Incredibly boring work. If you go above and beyond, you could probably become lead, but honestly not worth the effort.
