Pros

Pay is decent for this type of position. Overtime is endless. Clean factory. Union shop.

Cons

-The biggest con by far is the management. They are kind but gosh dang their overall leadership is quite bad. If you get a job here you will see. -Health insurance isn't the greatest. - Unforchantly the maintenance staff kinda sucks too. Rude, lazy, and can't fix anything. Everything is a band-aid that last a week.
