      Pros

      I have learned chiller systems inside and out in less than 1.5 years with 0% hvac background. The senior technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. The work schedule is relatively easy and uncomplicated.

      Cons

      Horrible management, turning a blind eye to technicians who don’t work, and having no incentive for those who work hard and are responsible. There is also very little opportunity for company advancement as a technician.

      Pros

      More willing to hire than most. Pays Weekly. Great aesthetics in the lab. Not intensely physically demanding.

      Cons

      High turnover, Intense Micromanagement Culture. 3 days PTO for the YEAR. You arent valued as a person or an employee, You are definitely just a number, Raises are never competitive. They change rules on a dime and will fire just as fast. Lots of fatal accidents. Pizza Parties. You're just as much a janitor as you are a lab technician.
