      engineering department has very septic environment

      pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      the plant is out in the middle of the desert. everybody is playing politics. nobody is being promoted. no clear career path plans. they don't value their talents I worked 6 years in design engineering no clear path ever provided what I wanted to do with my career. i learned a lot from Daikin but eventually, I had to leave this company because they do not really care about their employees apart from paying them.

      Verona was a nice place to live

      Cons

      Worst management I have every seen or heard of. All of the major leadership positions have revolving doors. They have gone from Good to mediocre to horrible, inept leadership over the last 12 years. From a decent place to work to a very uncertain place with leaders who smile to each others faces and then stab each other in the back.
