      Pros

      Large company that isn’t afraid to spend money if there is a return. Paid for working non working days/overtime hours

      Cons

      Sr. Management doesn’t understand the floor as a whole. As a supervisor your expected to do more then your paid for. Yearly raises are minimal for your efforts. Promotions are handed to unqualified employees. Sr. Management have double standards. Unappreciated and underpaid for all the work your expected to do as a supervisor.

      Staff are great to work with and are willing to help.

      There's a high level of expectation with little regard of the effort and work needed to meet those expectations. When expectations are met, there is little to no reward or recognition for those efforts. Compensation isn't reviewed nor provided when expectations and goals are met.
