      Pros

      Daikin is a great place to both start a career and to grow it. They encourage professional development, and provide opportunities to move both between positions and move up. Work/life balance is great and I think the company is well-staffed to meet their goals. The benefits are also great; plenty of vacation, 401k match, etc

      Cons

      There's been a lot of physical movement - changing offices and building new plants, and that can get hectic.
