      Pros

      People are good. There are many unique people and people who are not so-called elite. Relatively flexible so it is easy to realize if there is something you want to do.

      Cons

      In the case of my department, the work is personal and the quality of output is unstable. Know-how is not shared and there is almost no training system. The evaluation system is a black box, and it is male centralized environment.

      Toxic HOD, TOP management group like to gossip and verbal attack to demoralize employees. HIGH turnover rate. Can feel HR very stressful due to incapable of HOD people management.
