Education/training in order to determine best placement in department, friendly environment, potential for growth and advancement, benefits from first day as company employee, overtime is always available, team leads and supervisors communicate with employees, paid time and vacation.
Cons
Some employees want money without the work and it shows, company going through some changes just like many others at this point in time. Hours are somewhat long, Personal Protective Gear is a necessity, mandatory overtime can prove somewhat taxing. Company employees have to come in to work no matter what day if it is mandatory.
