      Pros

      I’ve worked in different industries for small and large companies. As soon as I started here I could feel the difference. The base pay is above average and they offer many benefits and ongoing training. You can tell they care about the progress of each individual and everyone who works here has stayed with the company.

      Cons

      Like other large corporations sometimes there is a lot of red tape. There are many different authorities which means communication can become lost.
