      Pros

      Engineers and Eng Managers are decent people and very helpful.

      Cons

      - For such an impressively large high tech building, everything is constantly breaking down (conference rooms, elevators, turnstiles, test lab etc) - Compensation is abysmal, no raises, no bonus. The "Pizza Party in Lieu of a Pay Increase" trope is alive and well here. The Astros stadium sure looks nice with a Daikin logo on it though. - Very few Design Engineers here actually do any real design work, they are spreadsheet watchers and purchasing cost-down project babysitters. - Directors and VP are more concerned with cutting as much cost as quickly as possible with the cheapest, low quality components.
