Pros
Good place to work to kickstart your career. Salary offer is relatively good for fresh grads. Fun social work environment - most of the colleagues and managers are approachable and very kind. Working there is a good opportunity to expand your network, improve soft skills and enhance your communication abilities. I was lucky to have a high-performing and inspiring manager. The younger managers are really effective in leading.
Cons
No Continuous Improvement, no streamlining in the work activities. Processes have so many wastes/lots of Non-Value adding activities. No infrastructure for training and development. Poor, if not nonexistent HSSE/ Safety & Health protocols. If you don't have a high job level - you don't have a voice. Your feedback/suggestions will often be ignored by the upper management. (I'm just quite lucky I was assigned to the best manager in the office, but some others are toxic)
