      For fresh grad, I would say this is a great place for you to get start your career here. Also, great colleagues and bosses.

      Cons

      1) Low basic pay, not match with the market. (For Software Engineer) 2) Super strict time of arrival policy. (Down to minutes resolution) 3) Manufacturing environment.
