1. Extreme Hierarchy. Top Down management. 2. Employees are taking leaves (ranging from 4-16 months) due to depression and other mental health related problems. This might be caused by extremely poor comments by bosses and harassment till a point where the employee just dont have the courage to show up in the office. 3. Extremely slow management. One trivial document needs two boss signatures (or hanko/stamp) . 4. Foreigners are always foreigners. Talents are dumped and mediocrity is celebrated. 5. No one is motivated. Everyone is just moving like robot and smiling forcefully. 6. No cultural activities or group activities other than drinking like pigs till late night. 7. You are not included. All the bosses have all the information and you are used as a horsepower. 8. they say there will be promotion but I have been "promoted", TWICE. My salary went up by 10,000 yen or 11 USD in total. in other words no promotion. But dont worry they give importance to old people. You must get old to be promoted and to be respected.
