      Daikin provides you challenging work ideal for learning new skills and growing as a professional on your own. Cross-department support is good which ensures easier customer dealing. Product is better than competition.

      Cons

      Poor HR policies and compensation. Lack of growth opportunities and support from your management. Extremely Poor work-life balance. Poor resource allocation for the employees.
