      Pros

      compensations and benefits are good, as a Japanese company, I would say that Daikin has a good approach to recruiting. They always provide regular training and company trips each year. Good environment for someone that wants to get to know HVAC.

      Cons

      This probably not cons, but by working here you also have to respect Japanese culture (be punctual)
