Pros
The engineering department has many opportunities to learn and apply basic engineering skills. Also if you are hardworking there are many opportunities to travel and learn from Japanese sister companies
Cons
Production department as of now is technically very poor, and they end up pushing a lot of their responsibilities to you as the line engineer. In my opinion this stems from the production HODs who are given too much power and say in the company's direction. This sense of entitlement flows down to (some of) their subordinates who throw their weight around to order people to get things done. It is the worst part of this company.
