      Pros

      Location is wonderful in Staunton, VA. No traffic, beautiful scenery, great apartments. Generally friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, applying for internal positions is frowned upon. Management holds you to a hirer standard than they hold themselves.

      Great pay, great benefits (medical, dental, eye, life insurance, and much more). Management are down to earth, worldly and strategic.

      Cons

      Communication could improve, but I haven't worked for a large corporation that ever had perfect communication skills.
