      Able to learn a lot things from software development to IT support

      Cons

      Stingy company, only hire 3 person for IT in Dakin Research & Development Sdn Bhd. One person have to do all the things from software development to database administrator until IT support. Very conservative management and not willing to change.

      Pros

      Nice office, great learning program, great teamwork, good medical benefits. To wrap it up, it was a good learning experience with a very talented team.

      Cons

      Very low wages, no growth opportunities. Bullying culture. Not much a win-win deal. The culture is far away from the corporate values stated in Daikin´s website.
