      Pros

      I've worked with Daikin Applied in several roles and under four different bosses, and have consistently found the work environment and culture to be excellent. I genuinely love my job and 80%+ of the people I work with.

      Cons

      Most of the research and development is applying newer and more efficient parts with smarter controls. Not as technically challenging or exciting as some other industries may provide.
