      Benefits are decent. Weekly pay allows for easier budgeting. If you like to work overtime this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Overtime is NOT optional or occasional it is mandatory. They don't care about your family time. No sick time. Safety lifting limit of 35 lbs. only applies IF there is enough people to help
