      Pros

      It’s hard to get fired from this place. The benefits are nice and they start you off with decent pay. Also pretty hard to get fired.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t care about your needs, they prioritize their pockets over anything. They sell you a great image of opportunity but really it’s just another popularity contest. Your pay increases minimally every year and the pay isn’t worth the stress.
