Pros

Good Pay, good employees when you give them respect and work just as hard as the person next to you.

Cons

Listen to people, conflict is healthy if communication is good and people are willing to work out differences. Stop back stabbing each other and get rid of queen bee syndrome in upper management. Employees see it not respectful,not very good leadership and you micromanage your supervisors until they leave us

Pros

They give opportunities to move up. The supervisors and management make good money. Enjoyed working with fellow coworkers.

Cons

They force you to work Saturdays during the summer. Six days a week gets old fast. Always short handed. Oh, and they wrongfully terminated me.
