Good Starting Wages Promote from Within Great Benefits including Medical, PTO, Employee Discounts, and Profit Share Bonuses

Cons

Poor Cross-Training Capable Employees are Severely Overworked and Overloaded Under Compensated for Additional Workloads Employee Reviews are a joke, and are not actually based on merit, but are pretty evenly dispersed across the board based on departments, with Management getting a LARGE percent for minimal workloads

Pros

It's not easy work, but this is a company that tries hard to be be what they say they are. Diversity isn't just something they talk about in training to be PC, so if that's not for you, this isn't the place. Pay is fair and reliable and benefits are good. They take safety and quality really seriously and a lot of people have been here a long time and been promoted.

Cons

It's bacon, raw and cooked - that comes with smells and temperatures. Some areas are hot and some are cold and there's a lot of gear to wear for safety and for quality.
