Team oriented setting, rotating duties after each break reducing burnout. Good training methodology so you're comfortable and confident with what you're doing. Decent hours for quality of life but I would caution you about 6 days a week in the summer months.

Cons

Cold - as it's a bacon packaging environment, things have to be near freezing.

daily's is a good place to work and they do a lot for the employees here. expectations are pretty reasonable and the work is fairly fast but not that hard. I've only been here 4 months so far but don't plan on leaving

everyone is pretty nice here
