- Life/work balance. - Approachability, Supervisors and managers are very approachable. - As it is a production plant, employee safety is heavily emphasized.

Cons

Requires Sat. work in the summer months, just be aware of this.

You get steady work. A lot of hours.

Cons

They don't care about you as a person. You are just a physical body on the line. They don't treat all people in the same manner as far as the rules and regulations. They don't enforce the GMP's in the plant.
