Pros
Everyone here believes in the value of the product and doing what it takes to make the company better. The growing pains of a typical start-up are a scarce here but, as expected, the workload and responsibilities of your role are large but you feel as though you are constantly making an impact. The management do a great job of making you feel valued and within your first few weeks, you already feel the warmth and compassion from the team. The snacks and dog are great bonuses too.
Cons
Roles and responsibilities are still being fleshed out so there is some ambiguity into what you will be/are doing at times but this leaves room for you to forge your own path.
