Work with really smart people who are willing to collaborate with you and mentor you

Cons

Pros

I struggle to think of any.

Cons

- Promotions have absolutely nothing to do with merit. It’s all based on office politics and which manager you give golf tips to. - Constant rug-pulling about your job. Expect to be told one thing, and 3 weeks later have it changed with no warning. - Management discourages you from asking questions. You are expected to be a good little worker bee that never has the gall to ask why management is doing something unpopular. - Horrible hours. Expect to be asked to sign on to work at 4:30 AM with less than 12 hours’ notice fairly frequently, even if the shift you agreed to was 9-5.
