Pros

Fast growing company so moving up within comps you has happen quickly. Loved the people I worked with directly

Cons

Very demanding work environment and culture. Senior leadership was not supportive of work/life balance. Only cared about revenue/reputation versus employee well being. Compensation is very divided depending on position.

We provide our customer service representatives with 15 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per year as well as full access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
